Accreditation

International journalists and photographers must apply for an accreditation at

www.worldrowing.com. Accreditation deadline is 28 July 2011.

Accreditation cards can be collected in the Information and Accreditation Centre (Festival Hall, Cesta svobode 11, Bled).

Opening hours    8:00 – 19:00

Monday, 22 August – Sunday, 4 September 2011

Slovenian press should fill in the accreditation form and get confirmation for the accreditation.

Accommodation

All accommodation should be booked through the Organising Committee. Fill in the accommodation form (available soon) or send request to accommodation@bled2011.org no later than 15 May 2011.

According to availability an offer will be sent together with information for the payment of 30% of the full amount as deposit. The reservation is not completed until the deposit is paid.
All reservations must be completed 15 May 2011.
The rest of the payment must be made 30 July 2011.
Meals: All accommodation listed can also provide meals (lunch and dinner) on request.
