Day five of racing in Bled saw first final events. It was another prestigious win for the men's eight from Germany. Reigning World Champions are unbeaten for the third year in a row, Polish Poznan, New Zealand's Lake Karapiro and now Slovenia's Lake Bled are announcing a great hunt for Germany for next year's Olympic Games in London.

In the women's quadruple sculls prior to the men's eights it was another win for Germany. The crew was just half a length in front of the boat from team USA. Third place went to New Zealand. In women's pair it was another tight race as New Zealand was just a few centimeters in front of Great Britain. Australia was third. Men's lightweight pair was won by Great Britain, Italy was second and Germany third.

In the adaptive event ASW1x was won by the single sculler from Ukraine, IDMix4+ by Hong Kong.
